Labor Day Holiday

Well, we had a whirlwind trip to Dallas and back. Then we spent the rest of the week recovering a bit (baby did not sleep well on the trip). We had a fun labor day weekend. We went to a BBQ and some friends had us over for dinner. It was very relaxing!

QUICK

This is going to be a super quick post. Sadly, Matt's grandfather died this weekend. We are waiting for Matt to get home to begin our whirlwind trip to Dallas and Corsicana.

Later that night, Grey remembered his love of the bumbo.





We have been so dry here that our watermelons had a lot less success this year. BUT we did get this one. It tasted great! We also have three more big ones growing.

Curiosity

This baby is curious! He is constantly crawling under something or peeking behind something.









Grey decided this week that spoons belong on his nose!





Something else that Grey started this week is sleeping with something over his head. Not sure why, but he has been caught a few times.





We all went to the pool this weekend and Grey had a good time. He didn't want to go in his float though :)

End of Summer

Well, I lied when I said we didn't have any other visitors coming. Pam came to visit us this past weekend. She had never seen our house in wonderful Jackson. So she loaded up on Friday and came to see us!!

We had a lot of fun. We took her to the zoo.





I made Matt try this weird little foot massage thingy.



We thought it was hilarious. Grey did not think it was funny at all.





















After the zoo we went on a fun drive. We drove all around! Then Pam and Grey got to play and play together.







We had a great weekend!!!

They have a full size car that doesn't have any doors. That was Grey's favorite part. There was a line behind us and Grey did not want to get out!!!
