Splash Pad!

The zoo opened a new spalsh pad a couple of weeks ago. Grey and I went to try it out with some of our friends! Grey was a little nervous and there were a lot of big kids. But by the end he loved it!

Rain and Richardsons

We had a lot of fun last weekend when Mimi and Granddaddy came to visit us! It was a short visit, but we packed in a lot of stuff! Grey showed off his baby pool skills and his booty.....

Grey showed off his wild side at story time! He even showed his love for Ms. June.

We took Grey to the fountains. He refused to even think about getting in the water until he had gotten his ice cream!

The Richardsons had to leave, but the good news is that they will be headed back our way in August! It has been raining for about a week, on and off. Just when you think you might be able to take your crazy person outside, it rains again. So we have been doing fun stuff inside. LOTS of painting and coloring.

I am not sure why this is fun, but apparently it is super fun to get your stool and play cars around the sink.

Yesterday the rain stayed away all morning. Long enough for us to hit the zoo's ice cream safari!!!!! Grey was a weirdo and didn't want any. But I found him one with M&M's in it and he decided it was delicious.

Matt was able to plant some things yesterday afternoon. He had a wonderful helper!

In other news....here are my 24 week photos. I apparently am bad about posting on time. I am actually 26 weeks now. I am just bad about getting the pictures off the camera. I go for my glucose testing, blood work, and a sonogram this week. I am very excited about seeing our little guy again.

Summer Fun

Megan came to visit us last week. We had a lot of fun. We went to see the dinosaurs again at the museum, we went to the pool, and we played a lot!!

We had a little play date at one of our friend's houses on Tuesday.

Matt had to go into the attic last week and Grey just HAD to see what was up there. Matt ended up having to take him twice. He loved looking around up there!

Matt and I gave Grey a popsicle the other night after dinner. We had never given him one without some sort of wrapper so we took him outside to manage the mess.

Matt started watering the garden and someone decided it was time to play in the hose. I guess his popcicle mess was taken care of!

Matt changed our oil the other day and Grey had a wonderful time watching him and handing him paper towels. He even liked the clean up part :)
