Thanksgiving

Grey and Holden got to see so much family at Thanksgiving! We are blessed to have so many people that want to see them and hang out with us. Leave it to me to NOT get any photos from the actual Thanksgiving day/feast. I will have to steal some photos from someone else. Anyway, we got to see Nannie, Mimi, Granddaddy, Aunt Alex, Cindy, Greg, Randy, and Pam!

He had SO much fun. He fell asleep less than five minutes from Nannie's house. He was so worn out from playing. Poppy got to meet his namesake.

Grey had a lot of fun playing with Ms. Mickey's dog and in her backyard.

They even got to hangout with Grandmommie!

We also got to watch the Aggie game with Gary and Alison. I will have to do a phone dump later. I have a lot of pictures on my phone. Since it is now December, we broke out the Christmas shirts!!! They look so cute. I am sure people will be seeing these shirts a lot this season :)

One Month!!

Holden is one month old!!!! I am a little behind with posting. Thanksgiving happened and two kiddos happened. What do I want for Christmas this year....TIME :) Holden is a very sweet boy. He still is very fussy. He LOVES to sleep on people, he likes his new swing, he loves to move (bounce,pat, ect.), he likes to have his diaper changed, he likes his arms pinned down, and so far he really likes the paci. He hates the car seat and tummy time....and a lot of other things :) It seems like his hair is a blondish red and his eyes are still a dark blue. We have seen a few smiles, but nothing consistently. We are looking forward to that in month two!

Happenings

We have been so busy over here!!! After Grandmommie left we had Lacy and Devyn come in town. The kids had so much fun! Devyn was totally over Grey by the end. Grey plays like a boy and she got tired of it. :)

After Lacy and Devyn left, Grandadddy and Mimi came to meet Mr. Holden. We had a lot of fun! I did not take many pictures. I will have to get some from Mimi :)

Halloween 2012

Grey and Matt carved a Lightning McQueen pumpkin. This was Grey's first pumpkin carving experience. He was interested, but refused to put his hand in the pumpkin. Matt did all the work :)

Grey was a football player for Halloween!

Holden was his football......but Grey refused to hold him. He kept telling us "No, he is grumpy."

We went to Grey's Halloween party at school. He cried and cried. Apparently he thought we were leaving him and not going to his party. So I was the only mommy that had to sit with their kid while they ate treats.

We went trick or treating with some of our friends. We told them we would go to a couple of houses and then go back home. I really thought that Grey would be shy and that he would not really like it. WRONG! He was a trick or treating pro! He was not shy and would say "Happy Halloween" as he was leaving. He would run to the door and knock on it. He LOVED it.

We bribed our child.....we told him that if he held Holden he could pick one candy from his trick or treat bag. We told him he could pick ANY candy he wanted. He wouldn't support his head, so my hand is in all the photos.

Of course he picked a huge blow pop sucker. Luckily he got bored with it pretty soon :) Holden lasted the entire time we trick or treated. He loved being outside. He stayed awake the entire time and did not fuss once!
