Holiday Happenings

Well, it's been awhile again!

November:

Thanksgiving happened. We had a great time with the Richardson side of the family! Of course, I didn't take any pictures (boo).





Matt took the big boys on another boy scout camping trip!



And there were many Star Wars dance parties in November.









December:

Grey had a busy month at school.









Grey got some scouting awards.







We savored some warm days!





















Then right before Christmas break everyone got sick. The boys had a stomach thing, then we ALL got the flu, then Holden got the flu again! These are all pictures of different times this winter that the boys have been sick. (HA)





























Grey got an award from PE. It was student of the month. They only pick one kid out of the entire school each month so he was pretty excited!











On to Christmas happenings. We decorated the tree and the boys really wanted multi colored lights. So Matt made their room up for the holidays.











We made our annual pilgrimage to Bass Pro Shops for a Santa picture. Everyone behaved!















Holden and Beau had a cute school Christmas performance. Beau didn't sing one word!







We went to a very cold, very crowed Santa's Village.



















We decorated a gingerbread house.

















We made more treats and had fun with cousins and friends!















Then it was finally time! Milk and cookies and The Night Before Christmas!









Christmas morning!







































We then went to lunch at Grammie and Lee's. The kids opened some more presents. Then we came back home for Christmas dinner and MORE presents!























Christmas was GREAT!

After Christmas we got a little visit from Granddaddy and Mimi!



Then Gran watched the littlest so we could take the big two to see the new Star Wars movie. They LOVED it.





Then we had a FREEZING cold New Years Eve. The boys only went outside to throw the poppers for about two minutes because it was so cold.







As a special New Years treat, we let B sleep upstairs with the bigs. That did not last!! He woke up crying because he didn't know where he was. I took him to his bed and he woke up crying around 3 and when I went in there he was fussing that he wasn't upstairs anymore. Just can't win :)



January:

January took off with pinewood derby building.



And Beau is OFFICIALLY done with diapers. We are a diaper free house for the first time in seven and a half years!!!!

I found the boys randomly sleeping in the closet!



The boys went on their first trip to Luby's. It was a success!
