Holden had a little Easter egg hunt at school. Ms. Donna said that Holdy was super serious about his egg hunting!
We started off the Easter/spring break with some egg dying and chocolate nest making.
We then went and got Grey his free ice cream cone. He got that for being "player of the game" in baseball.
Sunday was Easter. The boys set out their baskets and woke up to some fun surprises! Notice Holden is wearing Christmas pajamas.
Unfortunately, it was raining so the boys had to do an indoor egg hunt. It was a lot faster, but they still had a lot of fun.

Monday I took the boys to the zoo. And for extra special, we got to ride the train. Super exciting!
Tuesday I took the boys to the botanical Gardens. We played and played. Everything was blooming and beautiful!!!!
Wednesday I took the kids to an indoor play place. It was crazy because of spring break and bad weather. They had a ton of fun. I barely got any pictures because they were on the go. Luckily the baby was a little overwhelmed and let me wear him the entire time. I don't think I could have kept up with all three down and around!
Thursday we started out a little lazy. Lots of books and playing. Then I took the kids for a special treat at Chick fil a. Grey got a cookie and Holden got a ice cream cone. Then they played for a while.
Then we took a long nature walk.
Friday we went on a quick trip to Jackson. The kids played outside for a really long time. Even when it started raining. Before their sleepover, Grey's friends sang happy birthday to him and they got brownies!
Other highlights.....Holden gave the baby a French fry to stop crying....it worked. Third child, what can I say.
Sunday we were super lazy and just tried to get back in the groove. The boys had just finished the book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. As a special end of spring break treat, we had a movie night and watched the movie. There was also a candy sampler plate to match movie night theme!
Yay for a successful spring break!
