In Summer

We have started off our summer with lots of fun. Grey has been taking swimming lessons everyday for two weeks. He has two more weeks to go. Then he will be a professional.

Gran and Pop came to help us out a couple of weekends ago. They brought stuff for our garage sale, entertained the kids while we sold stuff, and then watched the kids again so we could go to a wedding out of town! Then they were forced to watch them again the next day. What a big help :) The boys obviously had a great time.

Grey playing in the dirt WHILE the Tball game was going on. He has some focus issues.

Grey had fun at his end of year party. He got a trophy and everything!

Hanging out!

I asked Grey why he tucked in his shirt. He told me that he was going to a petting zoo and he was worried that the chickens and cows would get his shirt. Makes total sense.

We went to a movie in the park. It was so much fun! The kiddos loved it. The only problem was that the movie did not start until dark. So we left after 15 minutes of the movie and STILL did not get home until 9. But the kids loved all the pre-movie activities.

Pool Party!

You can't ask these guys to be sweet to each other. But sometimes, they are sweet all on their own.

Grey is pretty much over storytime. He reads his own books in the back. But Holdy loves it!

Smooch!

SUMMER TIME!!!!!!!!

It is officially summer over here. Grey's last day of school was on Tuesday. He had a little ceremony. He has been in the four year old class all year, but he isn't technically "graduating", but he still got some awards!

Here is Grey on his first day of school:

Holden had to be in the pictures! He ran across the house hollering "cheese". What a ham.

A few weeks ago we had a really bad storm/maybe tornado. Matt was out of town and I was nervous. Our friends invited us over to be together. The kids had a wonderful time singing Frozen songs in the dark. Grey and Stella have actually pretended "tornado" since this incident. It was pretty scary. No power, sirens, hiding in a bathtub with four kids and two grown women. But we made it!!!

We lost a few bigs limbs.

Playing with friends!

Matt got to take us to the science museum AND the children's museum.

Some birthday party fun!

Twins.

This is how Holdy watches the snow monster in the movie Frozen.

1. Don't worry, I took this at a red light. 2. I. Love. This. Kid.
