Summers End

Summer is officially over. Today was Grey's first day of school. He was such a good boy! He did not shed one tear.....SUCH an improvement from last year :)

Last week Mimi, Granddaddy, and Alex came to visit us!



We had a great time!!!

After they left I took Grey on a date. We went to see Planes the movie!!! It was his first movie at the theater. He did GREAT!!!!!

(Granddaddy and Mimi brought Grey one of the planes and Grey took him to the movies with him!)

We practiced sitting in the booster and holding the popcorn in the hallway. Grey ate every single kernel of popcorn in the box!



Grey and Liza were pretending they were having a sleep over.



They were playing "pet shop".



Matt made fried green tomatoes from the tomatoes in our garden. He did a good job, they were tasty.





Matt got Grey a little glove and ball. Grey has been randomly putting on the "glub" and saying "hey, wanna play catch with me." Very sweet.



Matt and I were going to take the boys to the duck pond the other night. This is what we found before we even left our house. Grey had gotten into the duck bread and obviously helped Holdy get some as well.

Endless Summer

Not really....summer is ending very soon for us! We only have one more full week of summer and then Grey will start school again. I am not sure what Holden will do without his entertainment :)

We have been having a great time, despite the heat.

We went with Matt to Greenwood, MS this part weekend. We found a few parks and walked around the downtown area.





We went to a little dinner together the other night. The boys had a GREAT time!

Grey was bringing Holden and Matt "Pets from the pet store".


Matt went to Atlanta this week so we had a little dinner date! (Holden was there, but his pictures were all blury).



And finally.....Matt and I had our picture taken at graduation this year. It is probably the best photo of us in years!
