A Little Vacation, and a Little Big Man

We had a little vacation in Dallas. Grey had a great time. He played, and played, and played some more!

Grey got to see his Nannie and play with all of his cousins.

We also took Grey to the Fort Worth Zoo! We had a great time.

We had to cut our Dallas trip a bit short in order to be back for the "phase in" day at preschool.

Grey did great. There were some tears when mom and dad left the room for a while, but no hysterics. We then went out for a celebratory lunch!

Today was the first real day of preschool. It was a bit harder today on Grey at the beginning.....but it was even harder on Mom!!!!

In other big boy news, Grey has been successfully sleeping in his big boy bed every night and at nap time since we came back from Dallas.

He is also wearing underwear almost exclusively! I mean look at this guy.....don't big kids always wear sunglasses while coloring?

One of our friends generously gave us a couple of baby items. Grey decided that the bouncy seat looked REALLY comfy. He hopped on in :) I guess these pictures show that he isn't all that big!

We have been having so much fun lately. We had the Richardsons in town this weekend. We took a really fun trip to see the dinosaurs!!

This week we went to the children's museum and we had a great time! We bought a membership, so this fun could continue!

And in other news.....my tiny tiny baby wanted to take a nap in his big boy bed today. He is a big kid....

We are heading to Dallas this weekend and then next week Grey starts school! So much growing up :)

Not much new going on over here. Just a few random pictures to finish the week with. Grey went swimming with a friend.

I got Grey a few dinosaurs and he insisted on feeding them at lunch that day. Thank goodness only the T-rex has a mouth that is open.
