Dallas Trip!

We had such a fun time in Dallas! Lacy and Devyn were there and the cousins had such fun together. I tried to make the cousins take a bath together so that I could have incriminating pictures of them (for the future). Devyn didn't want to have any part of it. So this is the best we got :) They REALLY enjoyed the double cart at Cost Co. We got to test out the double stroller (thanks mom and dad for getting it for us early)!!!!!! We had a super fun splash playdate with Zevi and Tahl. Devyn made an appearance when she woke up from her nap. Grey even got to go swimming with Gary and Alison!!!!!

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have had a wonderful day. Grey and I let Matt sleep in this morning and then we surprised him with doughnuts. Before lunch we went to the park and Grey ran around like a crazy man. We ate lunch and then Grey took a nap. After nap we went to the science museum. They got a new dinosaur exhibit. Grey loved the dinosaurs in the main area, but got VERY nervous when we went into the dark room with the dinos. After the dinos and the fish we headed outside. We went on a little hike. Grey did GREAT!!! He walked the entire way. He was only carried at the very end when Matt and I realized that we were about to be locked out of the museum on the hiking trail!

Twenty Weeks

I know I am behind with the posting!! Well, we are past the half way mark. Exciting and scary :) Grey wanted to be a part of my photos. We told him to kiss my belly.

Two Years

Exactly two years ago yesterday we moved to Mississippi!!! Part of me cannot believe we have been here that long and the other part of me thinks it has been a lot longer than two years. These are some pictures of the day we moved in. When we moved in to our house we brought with us a little tree in a pot. It had been growing for about 6 months on our fourth floor balcony in Houston. A squirrel or something had planted it for us. We decided to bring it with us. We found a spot in our yard and planted it for fun. Just to see if it would grow. This is a picture of Matt messing with the tree. I found this picture in Grey's twelve month's of life photos. So we had planted it almost exactly a year earlier. This is our tree two years after planting!!! Matt and I joke that when we leave we are going to leave a plaque with the tree :) Two years have flown by. Three more to go! Matt will officially be a third year resident on July 1st. In other news...not many photos this week. My parents came in town this weekend to help us out with lots of resident stuff (functions). Grey and I got sick so it was not very exciting hanging out with us. Grey and I are continuing to be sick so these pictures will have to do for now. Fun at the zoo last week!! "Helping" me with the laundry. And I am probably the only mean mom who takes photos of her kid when they are sick and pathetic looking. I took this one specifically to send to Matt :) Upcoming adventures: Off to see Devyn and Lacy next week!!!!!!!!!!
